Army Fitness Ordering Terms and conditions.
Due to the ongoing Army purchase of a large amount of fitness equipment your order may be delayed upto 3-4 weeks.
Refund policy for ACFT Gear: Refunds will be given if the item received is not as described. You must contact us directly prior to returning any item.
ACFT Equipment Warranty policy: All manufactures warranties will remain with the equipment. The consumer will need to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty issues or concerns.
Payment policy: We accept payment via credit card, government purchase card, and convenience check. Please contact us directly if you would like to pay by Purchase Order, or for Federal contracting. For credit card, purchase card and convenience check purchases, the order is processed when payment is received.
Shipping Policy: Due to the weight of the ACFT equipment and distributor processing time, your gear can take up to two weeks to be shipped.
All orders will begin to be processed with our distributors within 24 business hours once payment is received and orders normally ship from our distributors within one to two weeks. Therefore, all orders in the Continental United States should be received within two to three weeks. Any shipping delays will be noted at the time of purchase and the customer will have 48 hours to cancel the delayed items. Once items are shipped from the warehouse they are unable to be canceled.
Shipping Guarantee: In the event an order is not received in the time allotted 100% of your shipping cost will be refunded.
Expedited shipping is available upon for an additional 10% shipping fee.

If you are able to find a set of comparable high quality ACFT gear which beats our prices please contact me below and I will attempt to price match the equipment. Please be sure to include a competitors quote, and the specifications of the gear and take into account shipping costs when requesting a price match. Gear that is not to the Army Combat Fitness Test Specifications does not qualify.
If I am unable to price match with comparable ACFT equipment I will send you a free T-Shirt just for trying.
This guarantee only applies to ACFT equipment, does not apply to books, ACFT Accessories, nutritional supplements or training plans.
