ACFT – Proposed T-Pushup Standards
Coming Soon, Once the Army updates the FM7-22 (Army Physical Readiness Training) and publishes the Official Army Combat Readiness Test T-Pushups standards they will be posted here.
Below are the Draft Army Combat Readiness Test T-Pushup, also known as hand release pushups, standards. These standards are both gender and age neutral. Meaning that every person in the Army Male or Female, young or old, must complete the minimum standards for a Moderate Physically Demanding MOS.
- The Minimum T-Pushup Standards for All soldiers in a Moderate Physically Demanding MOS is 10
- The Minimum T-Pushup Standards for All soldiers in a Significantly Physically Demanding MOS is 20
- The Minimum T-Pushup Standards for All soldiers in a Heavy Physically Demanding MOS is 10
Please note, these are unofficial standards. I expect the official standards will be released later in the fall or winter of 2018. Once Released I will update the Standards below.
