US Army Fitness Standards -- Female APFT Situp
The situp measures strength of abdominal muscles. Lower your body until the bottom of your shoulder
blades touch the ground. Soldiers must not bounce off the ground, allow his or her feet to break contact
with the ground, or remove hands from the back of his or her head.
