US Army Fitness Standards -- Female APFT Pushup
The Pushup measures the strength of the chest and core muscles during the Army physical fitness test. Assume the starting position by raising your entire body until your arms are fully extended. Resting on the ground, removing hands or feet from the ground, or excessive bending is not allowed.
